After - Sales Guarantee

Four Seasons Optical provides customers with a worry-free 6-month maintenance period for glasses:

    •    Within 1 month, if there is any problem with the lens diopter, free replacement service for the original type of lenses is provided. (If replacing with a different design of frames, additional charges will apply.)

    •    Within the 6 months, quality problems with lenses and frames can be returned, exchanged, or repaired. If the damage is due to personal preference factors or human factors, it is not within the warranty scope. We appreciate your understanding.

*The following items are not covered by the warranty: Damage caused by intentional or negligent acts, natural factors such as natural disasters, or poor storage.

*When you need to use the maintenance service, please bring your glasses and the invoice to the store.

*Non - company products, such as self - provided frames, are not eligible for relevant services.

**The replacement service can be provided at most once within the warranty period of the original product.
